四海幫 四海幫

四海幫，台灣著名的廣域黑社會組織。主要活動地域在台灣北部與中國大陸。台灣從北到南，甚至國外都有其據點，實際的成員數不明，一般被認為人數應有數萬人的勢力。目前與竹聯幫、天道盟並稱為台灣三大黑幫。
四海幫經過多次的解散與改革，現今在台灣的勢力雖不如早期來的強大，但也是一個不容忽視的黑社會組織，畢竟是三大黑幫之一。現在的四海幫，雖然是已解散的名義，但實際上組織內各個勢力都有一定的版圖勢力存在，並暗中行動。經過多次的解散危機與改革，四海幫的架構與內部有許多問題存在，傳聞四海幫多位大老正積極改革當中。
略史
1953年，馮祖語與一群學生及眷村的朋友們，以格言「四海之內，皆兄弟也」來訂立幫名（一說是因為以當地四海籃球隊為名）。最初，四海幫勢力並不強大，只在臺北市的西門町與車站一帶活動，四海幫當時的成員主要是一群品行惡劣的學生與政黨人士的子弟；因為政黨人士子弟的參加，而讓四海幫有穩固的基礎。數年後，四海幫發展成員，募集各地黑社會份子與外籍人士來加強自己的勢力。1960年，人數近萬人的四海幫也被政府視為監控以及掃蕩的重點對象。
政府強力的掃蕩，四海幫在1962年面臨遭強制解散的危機，內部發生分裂與動亂讓四海幫狀況極度不佳。其他的黑社會勢力與幫派更趁這次機會，大力攻擊四海幫並不斷瓜分四海幫的勢力版圖（竹聯幫也趁此次機會展露頭角，取代四海幫），更讓四海幫顯得衰弱而一度解散。
沉寂數年之後，1971年時，劉偉民、陳永和與中華民國空軍飛行員出身的蔡冠倫等人的領導下，再度復興四海幫，多次與其他黑幫勢力對抗擴大四海幫的版圖，並且再次改建四海幫，由劉偉民就任幫主。
1986年，劉偉民在日本遭到楊雙伍狙殺後，蔡冠倫一度掌權，但其勢力多次遭警方取締與兩次參選立法委員失利，導致勢力漸微。後來由陳永和繼任第三任幫主一職，當時四海幫在陳永和主導下規模日大，陳永和在完成組織架構後把幫主之位交給趙經華。後來經海幫大眾的推舉，由趙經華擔任第四任幫主。但是四海幫實權依舊掌握在陳永和手中，陳永和的幕後領導下將組織企業化讓四海幫更加穩固與強大。

1996年，四海幫發生了重大事變，陳永和與大老．藺磊洽在自己所經營的餐廳遭到射殺，此事件動搖了台灣的黑白兩道。後來，台灣政府進行一連串的掃黑行動，幫主趙經華與副幫主楊光南分別走避美國與中國大陸。1997年2月3日，四海幫內的大老．董克誠以副幫主的名義自稱，並帶領七位四海幫成員至臺北市刑警大隊，並以幫主趙經華的名義代表，宣佈解散四海幫。而幫主趙經華也在美國宣佈辭退幫主一職。幫主的辭去以及大老們紛紛走避海外，群龍無首的四海幫一直無法順利運作與召開重要的組織會議，此時，人在中國大陸的副幫主楊光南被推舉為新任幫主（實際上只是代理幫主）。

（四海幫的解散，除了因為趙經華辭去幫主一職以外，最主要是要轉移台灣政府的監控與攻擊，實際上四海幫依舊還是暗中持續活躍著）。

楊光南將四海幫本部移至中國大陸的上海，組織的重點改為在中國大陸發展，現今在中國大陸等地也有強大的勢力。但是，2000年11月，楊光南遭到上海當地政府逮捕，並在12月6日遣送回台灣，四海幫又再度面臨了重大危機。（※楊光南在7日接受警方偵訊時強調，他並非四海幫幫主，因為幫主趙經華的辭去以及多位大老走避海外，所以只是暫代幫主之職來運作四海幫，實際上還是副幫主而已。但是楊光南的聲望與實權與幫主是相同的，所以台灣政府也認定楊光南是實際上的幫主）

後來大老．賈潤年繼任第六任幫主一職，帶領群龍無首的四海幫。但是在2003年末時，賈潤年的兒子因犯下大錯（嚴重傷害三名女性）使得四海幫顏面無光，賈潤年認為自己不適合再擔任幫主，因此辭去幫主一職。


四海幫依舊還是沒有幫主的狀態，組織的要事皆由大老們處理。而賈潤年與楊光南現在依然還是四海幫的精神領袖。 目前的四海幫，因為多位大老及重量級大哥紛紛前往中國大陸發展，在原先臺北的勢力漸微，漸漸被急於擴張勢力的竹聯幫新生代所取代，四海幫的中生代與新生代勢力漸漸朝向新竹以南發展。
